HOW TO PROTECT YOUR ANDROID PHONE FROM REMOTE WIPE HACK..


For those who have Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy Beam, S Advance, Galaxy Ace, and Galaxy S II, HTC, Sony phones or any other android phone ...you might have heard about the remote wipe hack. The exploit is making use of the some stock dialer to active a USSD code that will wipe your phone clean and there is no way to stop if once it is activated.

The page will activate your dialer and try to run a USSD code to display your IMEI number, if your phone returns something like a serial code,, you better do something to prevent it before your vendor release new patch .. 

so to prevent it, 
1. Install another dialer and do not use the stock dialer.
2. Install one of the following to prevent USSD code.
